In April this year, our company accepted a batch of API 5CT J55 1.660"*0.140"WT plain end small diameter tubing orders. In order to meet the refined needs of customers, our company held several pre-production reviews with customer representatives and third-party supervisors. Yes, we finally finalized the QCP and ITP that satisfy the customers, and decomposed the tasks and goals to the relevant departments according to the plan. After the blanks arrived at the factory in mid-May, the orders were put into production smoothly.


 
Because the quality of tubing plays a vital role in the life of oil extraction equipment, this batch of orders adopts a full-scale, full-process, and no-dead-angle supervision mode. For this reason, our company has established a small-diameter tubing project team to connect the project team. From the inspection and grinding before the round blank is broken, high-precision cold drawing, heat treatment process control, straightening accuracy adjustment, 100% surface inspection of the finished pipe, eddy current and ultrasonic testing, and packaging marking, etc., we strive to ensure the quality and progress of the product. At present, the first batch of 1600 tons of small tubing has been successfully delivered.
