Compared with the traditional heat exchange tube, the cross-grained corrugated tube has obvious advantages. Due to the continuous abrupt change of the cross section of the flow channel of the corrugated tube, the fluid velocity and direction of the fluid in the tube are constantly changing, which greatly increases the turbulent intensity of the fluid, destroys the laminar flow at the bottom, and makes the fluid boundary The flow state of the layer changes, thereby improving the convective heat transfer coefficient inside and outside the tube. In the case of a low fluid flow rate in the tube, a higher turbulent flow velocity can be achieved; at the same time, it can adapt to a large temperature difference. Under the premise that the tube sheet causes damage, it can automatically adjust the stress and deformation caused by the temperature difference, and its reliability and safety are better than traditional heat exchange tubes.
At the same time, the batch of horizontal corrugated pipes are made of 10 (HSC) material, with low P and S content, which is far better than ordinary materials in corrosion resistance and crack resistance.
