With the development of petrochemical industry toward large-scale and integrated direction and the demand for long-term safe operation, seamless steel pipes for petrochemical industry are also developing toward super-large, super-long and high-precision fields. In 2021, the company newly built a thermal expansion unit and an ultra-long non-oxidized bright tube production line, which greatly expanded the company’s product range and types. The thermal expansion unit can produce thermal expansion units with an outer diameter of 219~914mm and a wall thickness of 8~50mm. Tube; the non-oxidized bright tube production line can produce 30 meters of super long high tube. In the pure nitrogen mode, it can produce bright tubes with a newly added full decarburization layer thickness of not more than 0.1mm. In the RX enriched gas mode, it can produce 0 decarburization. Precision seamless pipes are widely used in high-pressure feedwater heaters, circulating coolers, evaporators, reboilers and other petrochemical devices.

 

In the first three quarters of 2021, the company provided a total of 16,900 for petrochemical projects such as Hainan Refinery, Yangzi Petrochemical, Gaoqiao Petrochemical, Wuhan Petrochemical, Guangdong Petrochemical, Yangmei Chemical, Qilu Petrochemical, Shenghong Petrochemical, Huizhou Refining and Chemical, Fujian United and other petrochemical projects.
