The manufacturer used to use welding steel pipes as tube. The equipment usage cycle was shorter than expected. This decision was decided to use seamless steel pipes to replace the original welding steel pipe, and to seamless steel pipes with high corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.If a steel pipe is used in the process of using the air premier, the phenomenon of damage, cracking, leakage, and blocking during use will affect the overall operating efficiency of the equipment; the reason for the above phenomenon is that the fly ash in the flue gas is flushed and worn out the dew point after the temperature reaches the dew point. After the acid corrosion, SCR and SNCR are combined with the combination of departure, ammonia escapes and forms a pipeline of ammonium sulfate scale.
 
In response to the above situations and the standard requirements, our company decided to reasonably adjust the content of Ni, CU, MO and other elements in the pipeline, and adopt an oxidized light heat treatment process to seek products to obtain a comprehensive comprehensive in terms of wear -resistant and acid -resistant corrosion performance of acid dew point corrosion. promote. After more than two months of repeated research and trial production, in late September, our laboratory simulated related application environment, using a 50%H2SO4 test medium, the test temperature is set to 70 ℃ ± 2 ℃, the sample is soaked for 24 hours, and the sample is measured. See Table 1 at the corrosion rate; at the same time, other performance indicators of the sample tube have been recognized by equipment manufacturers. At present, this batch of GR.3 heater is delivered in batches with seamless steel pipes. Our company will continue to follow up the effect of the equipment to provide basic data support for the performance of steel pipes.
