Foshan Jiebei leaders shared their process of promoting 5S·VM activities, and described the results that Foshan Jiebei achieved through promoting 5S·VM activities in recent years under adverse environmental factors such as frequent epidemics and chip shortages. Through three rounds of training, lectures and on-site visits and sharing, Foshan Jiebei provided systematic guidance on on-site management and digitization, organization and cases of QCC improvement activities, department management visualization and talent training. At the Lean Exchange Seminar, representatives of each group of Beite Steel Pipe students came to the stage one by one to share their experience of two-day training and study in Foshan Jiebei, raised personal questions, and formulated action plans.
