02.Pre-audit requirements for supplier qualification

1. The registered capital and paid-in capital are greater than RMB 10 million;

2. Have the ability to independently assume civil liability, and the scope of business covers the content of this purchase;

3. Have a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system, provide the financial statements of the previous year, and affix the official seal;

4. Have the necessary equipment, technical capabilities and personnel qualifications to perform the contract;

5. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law, and provide a copy of the tax payment certification documents for the last six months and a copy of the certification materials for the payment of social security funds in accordance with the law within the last six months;
