Our first batch of non-oxidized bright tubes for automobiles was successfully delivered

At the end of August 2021, after our company's non-oxidation bright tube production line was put into operation, we successively took orders for nearly 1,600 tons of bright non-oxidation tubes in the fields of boiler chemical industry and automobile manufacturing at home and abroad. The quality of BEITE Steel Pipe's non-oxidation bright tube has been recognized by customers.


 
On October 20th, the non-oxidation bright tube customized by our company for an automobile manufacturing unit was successfully released. The roughness and smoothness of the inner and outer walls all met user requirements. At the same time, the process index of zero decarburization layer was realized, which made the processing cycle of auto parts And the cost is significantly reduced, the plating cost is saved, and the energy consumption of the enterprise is reduced; the quality of the whole vehicle is improved, the wear is reduced, and the service life of the auto parts is prolonged. In addition, the eddy current and ultrasonic integrated flaw detection unit matched with the non-oxidized bright tube production line has also been put into production smoothly. The quality of the products delivered after the "double detection" is more reliable, which directly reduces the defect rate in the user's later processing.
 
Because the thickness of the oxide layer on the surface of the non-oxidized bright tube after heat treatment is almost zero, there will be no dust and other pollutants in the post-straightening and non-destructive testing process. The factory environment has been greatly improved, and the product quality has also been greatly improved. Improve; and the user has excellent surface roughness and smoothness in the process of use, the later processing cost is greatly reduced, and the life of the parts can be extended, so that the customer has a full life cycle cost from procurement, production to product service use lowest. Oxidation-free bright tube products not only conform to the national concept of "emission reduction, carbon reduction, and low-carbon development", but also promote the realization of the goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality". It is an inevitable trend for the development of seamless steel pipe industry in the future.
