The heat treatment production line has a total investment of 20 million yuan, the equipment furnace is nearly 120 meters long, and the seamless pipe produced can be up to 30 meters long. In the pure nitrogen mode, it can produce new boiler tubes with a thickness of ≤0.1mm with a fully decarburized layer. RX Under the enriched gas mode, precision bright seamless steel pipes with zero decarburization can be produced, and the supporting automatic pipe bending and coil equipment will be put into production one after another. The products can be used in automobile manufacturing, high-pressure boilers, heat exchangers, evaporators, precision Instruments and other industries.
