On August 31, for a cleaner production workshop and a more comfortable working environment, the company held an on-site summary meeting for the return of screw and nut pellets. Each unit displayed the results of the screw and nut cleaning activity in August. The representative of the equipment department shared the experience of the activity.

Starting from the beginning of August, each unit will carry out on-site screw cleaning activities according to the requirements of the activity and take the operation area as a unit, using the production line downtime such as repairing and changing specifications, and check in every day. Since the launch of the activity, each unit has really taken the lead and participated by all staff. From the cleaning of small screws and nuts, we have found the waste in daily management, the inadequacy of good equipment management, and the implementation of site clearance after construction. Still need to strengthen and so on.

At the summary meeting, general manager Han Qiaolin asked each unit to ensure that there is no redundant screw nut on site, and each equipment has many screw furnace nuts. He also emphasized that the purpose of this activity is to mobilize employees to participate in environmental improvement and promote the construction of active teams.

Zhao Dongsheng: "I think everyone in our equipment department will be touched by this event. Taking the integrity of the equipment as the basic principle, there should be a lot of screws on the equipment, and none of the remaining screws will be left for maintenance. After the work is completed, the site clearing cannot be left in the mouth, it must be implemented into action.”

Rui Jiulong: "Through the screw and nut cleaning activities of all staff in August, I have a new understanding of the team's on-site management, and I understand that the team management is not only the work of maintaining normal production and on-site cleaning, but also for all the on-site work. There is a higher level of awareness and management of work, regional environment, equipment, etc.”

Zhang Desheng: "As for the work of oil pollution and dirt not falling to the ground and cleaning the site after construction, the implementation and inspection must be strict, and we cannot be satisfied with the same. Some waste bolts and maintenance waste are abandoned in the corners of the site, which will not affect the operation of the equipment. It brings certain security risks.”

Wang Genbao: "It may seem like a small thing to pick up screws and nuts, but as long as each of us insists on doing 'small things' like picking up screws and nuts every day, we will achieve a 'big thing' one by one."
