Acceptance of seamless steel tube for high pressure boiler
 
1. Basis of acceptance
The acceptance of seamless steel tubes for high pressure boilers is mainly based on the contract signed by the supplier and the demander (i.e. the agreement with judicial function). Therefore, the acceptance work is carried out according to the following documents:
 
(1) supply contract
The supply contract specifies the total quantity, quality requirements and supply date of the HP boiler pipes.
 
(2) technical standards
If there is no special agreement between the supplier and the demander, the technical requirements of the high-pressure boiler pipes shall be generally accepted according to the quality indicators specified in the national or ministerial standards.
 
(3) relevant documents
Delivery note, measurement sheet, packing list, product certificate, test sheet, technical identification sheet, drawings and other relevant documents provided by the supplier. This kind of certificate provides the specific quantity and quality content of the batch of high-pressure boiler pipes, some of which are packed together with the high-pressure boiler pipes, and some of which are directly sent by post.
 
 
2. Contents of acceptance
According to the above three kinds of documents, the following three aspects of acceptance work shall be done for the high-pressure boiler pipe.
 
(1) appearance acceptance
Whether the name, specification and model of high-pressure boiler pipe are consistent with other certificates such as the contract or delivery note, whether the packaging of high-pressure boiler pipe is intact, in conformity with the regulations, whether the marks are complete, and whether the external quality is consistent with the technical requirements.
 
(2) quantity acceptance
Check whether the weight measurement of HP boiler pipe, or theoretical conversion measurement, and the number of large pieces meet relevant regulations.
 
(3) quality acceptance
Check the dimension of the high pressure boiler pipe with a ruler, check whether the sectional dimension of all kinds of profiles meets the requirements of technical standards, and check whether the technical certificate provided by the supplier meets the requirements of the order contract or relevant standards. At the same time, according to the requirements of standards or technical agreements, the chemical composition, mechanical properties and organization of high-pressure boiler pipes shall be sampled for inspection, or non-destructive inspection shall be carried out for each bell.
