The flue gas has strong fluidity and high gas volume, and the local pipe wall of the boiler is over temperature. The unreasonable flame position of the boiler furnace results in a large deviation of the flue gas temperature at the outlet of the boiler furnace, resulting in the over temperature problem of the local pipe of the boiler. There is water accumulation in the boiler superheater, when the boiler is on fire The accumulated water evaporates quickly and forms a water plug, and individual pipes of the boiler are overtemperature; the cooling effect of the steam inside the boiler pipes to the pipes is poor, resulting in heat accumulation and overtemperature of the pipes.
 
2. Prevention and control measures of boiler pipeline overtemperature
Ensure the fineness of boiler pulverized coal, shorten the combustion time of pulverized coal, reduce the generation of excessive pulverized coal in the wind belt of the boiler for more than three times, and avoid the incomplete combustion of the boiler; when the boiler is in low load operation, timely carry out the technology of boiler water circulation, thermal system, air power, etc., to ensure the normal operation of water circulation, and avoid the occurrence of excessive water-cooled pipe wall Temperature phenomenon: reduce the air leakage of the boiler furnace by closing the orifice, removing the ash baffle, checking the orifice and stopping the use of the air baffle of the burner; before the boiler catches fire, implement the steam heating measures at the bottom of the boiler in time, establish the boiler water circulation, start the boiler superheater or exhaust system; when the boiler unit is in the state of frequent load rise and fall, and During operation, sliding pressure operation measures shall be taken to prevent over temperature of boiler pipes; soot blowing and coke removal measures shall be taken to prevent cleaning of heating surface of boiler pipes and avoid generation of flue gas corridor; the steam flow inside boiler superheater and reheater shall be kept in a state of balanced configuration to prevent long-term over temperature of boiler pipes; for boilers equipped with burners at four corners, In the process of boiler operation, the thermal state of primary air can be adjusted so that the air speed of four corner burners is consistent, and the secondary air can be distributed in an equal proportion, so as to correct the flame deviation of boiler furnace and avoid overheating of boiler pipes.
